Auto Metal Direct (AMD) motorkappen zijn ontworpen als directe vervanging van de standaard motorkap van je auto. Alle toepassingen maken gebruik van de standaard scharnieren en grendels. Elke kap heeft een volledig afgewerkte onderkant in fabrieksstijl. In tegenstelling tot motorkappen van glasvezel zullen stalen motorkappen van AMD na verloop van tijd niet doorbuigen of kromtrekken. Ongeacht waar je je bevindt, AMD stalen kappen blijven er de komende jaren geweldig uitzien!
\nDe stalen kappen van AMD worden geleverd met een zwarte elektrolytische coating. Dit is geen primer. Dit is een verzegeling die op het staal wordt aangebracht om het te beschermen tegen roest. Alle kappen moeten normaal worden voorbereid (passen, schuren, gronden) voordat ze kunnen worden geverfd. We raden ten zeerste aan om de motorkap te laten spuiten en monteren door een gekwalificeerde autospuiter.<\/p>\n
