The Suzuki 9.9 hp EFI outboard motor model DF9.9BTS comes standard with 15 inch short shaft, electric start and remote throttle control. The 9.9 HP Suzuki outboard motor is an excellent choice of power for medium to larger sized jon boats and skiffs requiring a long shaft as well as auxiliary power for sailboats and trolling/kicker applications. This model features push-button electric start with a built-in 12V charging system. In addition, all portable Suzuki models 20 hp and below that feature electric start also retain the thru-cowl manual start pull cord.
